Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Pay: $53,000 - $68,000 per year

Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator assists the Recruiters in scheduling interviews, preparing reports, and onboarding new hires. This person is responsible for managing all position related hiring requirements such as licensure, certifications and background screenings. This position provides backup coverage to the front desk when needed. This position also administers appropriate testing for candidates.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Review personnel files:
    • Audit/Review Agency RN files.
    • Review and create folders for New Hires
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Specialists as needed
  • Coordinate/make appointments for the Recruitment Team
  • Create new hire data packages for the department/Education
  • Process background checks
  • Answer phone and direct inquires accordingly
  • Assists with any other team projects as required
  • Administers testing for candidates for hire

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years office experience preferred
  • High School Degree required
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems preferred
  • Good time management skills with ability to prioritize and reprioritize on a daily basis
  • Ability to manage in a high volume environment
  • Excellent customer service skills required
