St. John’s Episcopal Hospital is the only hospital providing emergency and ambulatory care to the densely populated, culturally and economically diverse, and medically underserved populations of the Rockaways and Five Towns in southern Queens County and southwestern Nassau County, New York. Job Description

• Review approved positions
• Creates and post positions both internally and externally
• Updates and maintains the organization’s website and any other electronic job boards
• Works with managers to identify hiring needs
• Review resumes
• Source candidates
• Interview candidates/selection
• Present job offers
• Assists with the On-boarding process

Requirements:

• BA or BS preferred
• PHR certification as it relates to recruitment is desirable
