Type: Part-Time (37.5 hours biweekly)

Shift: Days

Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay: $23.52 - $24.77 per hour

Job Description:

Participates in a patient-focused team approach of providing direct and collaborative health care in a variety of clinical settings designed to promote and restore optimal health across the life span. Performs a variety of technical, para-professional, rehabilitative or therapeutic procedures and activities relating to patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures. As a member of the health care team will carry out individualized programs of restorative/rehabilitative/ therapeutic activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform and document Vital Signs (Temperature | Pulse | Respirations | BP | Pulse Ox)
  • Assist patient in performing ADLs (Hygiene | Feeding | Dressing |Toileting | Grooming | Ambulation)
  • Perform and document Intake & Output
  • Perform Foley Care Perform Specimen Collection (Sputum | Urine | Stool | Saliva)
  • Perform/Assist with transferring and repositioning of patient Perform linen changes
  • Provide 1:1 patient observation and monitoring as requested
  • Perform other duties/tasks within the CNA scope of work as requested

Requirements:

  • Current NYS CNA Certification
  • High School Diploma or Equivalency
  • BCLS
