Pay: $95,000 - $110,000

Job Summary:

The Practice Manager ensures the Ambulatory Clinic operates in a compliant and efficient manner that meets the needs of the community and maintains patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day to day activities of the clerical, medical, nursing, and medical records personnel
• Evaluate staff performance and make recommendations regarding hiring, firing, transfers, and promotions
• Oversee the proper completion of staff payroll and ensure that record-keeping is accurate
• Manage resources in an efficient manner, ensuring expenses are within budget
• Actively participates in Performance Improvement processes
• Introduce and enforce Hospital Policies to the clinic

Requirements:

• High level of knowledge of, and experience with, relevant regulations to ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies and ability to pass inspections (i.e. Joint Commission, DOH, etc.)
• Experience with Meditech and Athena
• Ability to audit clinic activities and create efficiencies
